I just want to view User Passwords in readable format.

How can I do this ?

No you can't.

MD5 isn't impossible to decrypt.
However, you can reset the user password,
via phpMyAdmin by paste & copy your (known) password, with the user you need to reset.
In this case the user have your same password... I don't know if this can help

I'm delighted to hear that.
As some people use the same password for many services this could allow an admin to get access to a lot of the users private data on other services eg facebook online banking etc.
