Problems with "Page Not Found"

Hi guys!
I am from Italy and my english may not be fine, so there would be some problems.
I am new in HotaruCMS. I just installed it in my website. I just logged in and selected the "Friendly URLs" option and now Admin Page, Submit Page, Logout and Login Pages and the all pages excluding the site index are not found by the browser ... can anybody tell me what I can do now to solve my problem?

Try logging onto yoursite/admin_index.php
where your site is the full address of your website.
Then login and turn off friendly URLs

For friendly URLs to work you also have to edit the .htaccess file in hotaru's root folder.
Do a search for .htaccess in these forums and you will get more instructions.
