I've rearranged the forums a bit, dropping some of the unnecessary ones. Here's a summary:
Renamed Core Discussion & Support as General Discussion
Merged Core Development, Getting Started and Technical Support into Core
Renamed Hotaru Extensions as Main Sections
Moved Core into Main Sections
Merged Plugin Support into Plugins
Merged Theme Support into Themes
I did this because it was confusing whether posts should go in Plugins or Plugin support (for example). Also, all bug reports about plugins had been put in the core forums instead of plugin forums. Hopefully this simplified structure will make things clearer.
