How do you to see the post to non-registered user? but not submitted post only view.

Non-registered users can see posts as long as they are not pending.

Bacause do I see that only registered users can see the post.
Not that there are some configurations in the administration that I've changed?

Do you have the High Walls or Walled Garden plugins enabled? If so, disable them and actually read what plugins do before enabling them in future ;)
