Description meta

Hi! I just started using Hotaru and I love it. One problem I'm having is even if I change the description tag in the language file and update the cache, it won't change on the website.. Any idea why is that?

I get this instead in the description tag: Hotaru CMS is an open source content management system, written in PHP.

EDIT: Found my problem, everything's OK now!
