Istall Profile Image

i want to install profile image,i have done install in,but i can't install profile image,can any body tell me how can i install it,with screenshoot.

Change Image From \Plugin\gravatar\images .............. as per you desire profile image or if you want to all member profile image you have to add one code after you can upload user profile image.
