How do I allow href in posts?

I'd like to let people leave hyperlinks in their posts.

How do I enable that?

plugin settings > Submit

Then include <a> into the "Allowed HTML tags in post description" field.

I really like the plugin approach of hotaru, but I have noticed that sometimes, it makes it harder to figure out where specific things are stored.
