Requirements
Hotaru CMS has been tested using PHP 5.2.6 ~ 5.3.1, MySQL 5.0 and phpMyAdmin 2.11.6 ~ 3.2.5.
Instructions
1. Download hotaru-1-1.zip file attached to this post.
2. Download the Quick Start Plugin Pack (http://hotarucms.org/showthread.php?79-Quick-Start-Plugin-Pack).
3. Read Installing Hotaru (http://hotarucms.org/showthread.php?t=14) for installation and upgrade instructions.
4. Look through Getting Started with Hotaru CMS (http://hotarucms.org/forumdisplay.php?20-Getting-Started-with-Hotaru-CMS).
