Tick box on registration page for TOS

I know there is a hack in this forum but I must be going nuts cos I can't find it :rolleyes:

It's a simple hack to add a tick box and link to a TOS page you create yourself...

Anyone know where it is hiding ?

I just added TOS AntiSpam plugin yesterday and it works like a charm.
