Requirements

Hotaru CMS has been tested using PHP 5.2.5 ~ 5.3.2 and MySQL 5.0~

Instructions

1. Download hotaru-1-2.zip file attached to this post.
2. Download the Quick Start Plugin Pack (http://hotarucms.org/showthread.php?79-Quick-Start-Plugin-Pack) (for new users)
3. Read Installing Hotaru (http://hotarucms.org/showthread.php?t=14) for installation and upgrade instructions.
4. Look through Getting Started with Hotaru CMS (http://hotarucms.org/forumdisplay.php?20-Getting-Started-with-Hotaru-CMS).

I've just updated the .zip with a small fix for private messaging. If you've already downloaded 1.2 and use the Messaging plugin, you can just overwrite /libs/PrivateMessaging.php with the file attached to this post.
