coming up fine here. Where are you trying to access from? I heard some parts of Europe were having DNS issues for some sites.

No problem with japansoc and bloggertools but I can't access shibuya246.

ok, bloggertools.net and shibuya246 are on the same server as hotarudocs.com so it doesnt appear to be a server issue. I heard there was some strange DNS issue in Europe just the last few days.
