Hotaru is having trouble starting.

I just did a fresh install, went through all the steps, deleted the install folder and now i'm stuck seeing this.

Hotaru is having trouble starting.

This comes up when hotaru can not find your hotaru_settings.php file

Can you check whether you have the hotaru_settings.php file in your root directory alongside the Hotaru.php file

I'll reinstall it again and recheck where my hotaru_settings.php file is located.
- I just tried p l i g g and really disliked the line by line configuration process, felt like i was filling out an online survey.

Hopefully my second Hotaru installation attempt will allow me to get past the Hotaru installation and I will have an easier time with your configuration.
