A new styling of the vote plugin, as a skin

If anyone wants to use this they can simply

1. unzip the file
2. copy the vote_button.php file into their theme folder
3. copy the vote.css file into their theme folders css folder

Nothing more to be done. It should work straight away

The thumb icon on this button is created using a glyphicon
