    Added user navigation template for customising (particularly for older themes not using bootstrap)
    This removes Account Profile Edit dropdown from default theme to allow older themes to display properly. You can make a copy of the default theme and add this in easily by copying the "user_signin_navigation,php" file in your user_signin plugin folder and then customise.
