Never mind, I figured it out and created 2 plugins. One to display the +1's on your posts or one to display the +1's from the original URL...

Ok this works BUT... It's counting the +1's on the site's Post page instead of the orignal URL which is how I would need it to work. How do I make it show the number of +1's for the original URL...

It sounds like MediaWiki software may be more along the lines of what you need.

Have your host change the PHP handler to SU PHP. That will fix those kinds of problems.
