I just installed Latest Version of this CMS. I need a plugin that pay the people to post new links in my own social bookmarking website. Does it exist for 1.4.1?

I think I will install this version of the HotaruCMS soon on my website but can't wait for 1.5

I mean a section of the forum called "Introduce your site" or something like that where users in this forum can open a new thread and introduce their Hotaru sites!
