Problem. When site is accessed though "www.website.com" the promoted post is missing. When website is accessed through website.com, the promoted post is present.

try accessing your site in two ways
first http://website.com
second http://www.website.com
type directly on the bar of your browser
where "website.com" = the url of your site
with this test you know if the 301 redirect is working
if you're running the two forms appear 'http://www.website.com "

That's what I've been saying. When site is accessed though "www.website.com" the promoted post is missing. When website is accessed through website.com, the promoted post is present. So it's just the url with the www that causes problems. Someone needs to update this plugin.

Please post the beginning of your htaccess.

Maybe that's the problem
then the plugin is working right for you
with url "website.com"

I haven't used this plugin yet, but shouldn't "votes_up" be "post_votes_up"? Just a casual observation looking at that error message.

Thanks for the welcoming spirit. The renovation is still at around 80%,... I got internet to observe the community but I haven't been able to develop anything at all yet.
Gonna report "ready for duty" probably some time next week.
