How to creat a Social Bookmarking site

It's worth combing through the plug-in list to see what's there. It's not easy as they are kind of scattered around; but I sat down and made a file listing all of them and was surprised at how much is available. There's quite a lot there.

because i want to design my own theme in future and i wanted to know if there is a plugin for it
honestly i searched for "vote up" or "like" but no result for what i was looking
