    Default DB exported - but utf8 decode

    hello people. I exported my database with phpmyadmin. I wanted to save the contents as a text file. the mysql is utf8 encoded file, however. I could decode the file? it comes to the table hotaru_posts.

    you could or you could not decode the file ?

    are you just saving the database information in an app like notepad or something ?

    sry. i could not decode the file. i save a hotaru_posts as *.csv file.
    but this is my problem: Vitaminpr%C3%A4parate+und+Nahrungserg%C3%A4nzungsm ittel
    original: Vitaminpräparate und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel

    %C3%A4 and "+" is my problem
