Post Sorting Plugin needed... paid of course!

I want someone to create a simple Post Sorting plugin that does the following:


When the post's got +ve voting, it goes to the "mighthappen" section, and when its got negative voting, it goes to the "NoWays" section...
However, When in +ve voting, if the voting goes over a limit I CHOOSE, the post goes to the popular section, and when close to the limit, goes to upcoming, and when in -ve voting, if the voting goes below a limit I CHOOSE, the post also goes to the popular, and when close to the limit, goes to upcoming.

I also want to keep the latest feature.

Please reply asap... And set a paying ammount...
