Hello guys, please help me understand about the differences of Hotaru and SWCMS. I been using SWCMS and I have notice that it links up to Hotaru, may I know what it's relation to Hotaru. I have tried visiting the SWCMS forum but i can't understand it's Chinese contents and mostly are general spam topics

1. Is the developer of Hotaru and SWCMS the same?
2. Are hotaru plugins and themes work also on SWCMS?
