Hi,
i install hotarucms in any folder (test) xammp server. now, when Include js merged files, the new file (
HTML Code:
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://localhost/test/cache/css_js_cache/hotaru_js_1338033726.js'></script>
) not worked. so i cant vote, save, flag .....!! i see this line in top/bootm of each js :

/* Close: C:\xampp\htdocs\test/content/plugins/widgets/javascript/widgets.js */
I think My problem is BaseUrl. if not :
