Requirements

Hotaru CMS has been tested using PHP 5.2.6 ~ 5.3.1, MySQL 5.0 and phpMyAdmin 2.11.6 ~ 3.2.5.

Instructions

1. Download hotaru-1-1-1.zip file attached to this post.
2. Download the Quick Start Plugin Pack (for new users)
3. Read Installing Hotaru for installation and upgrade instructions.
4. Look through Getting Started with Hotaru CMS.

Too early, but any new features to look forward to for the next release like Private messaging and Live Page?

Thanks, I didn't intend to make a new release so soon, but the last one took a whole day to prepare (zip files, forum posts, SVN changes, etc., etc.) that I figured it would be better to make frequent, small updates rather than infrequent huge updates.

Never too early to ask about new features! I can't speak for other plugin developers, but personally I have no plans to make a "Live" plugin because we already have an All Activity page and All Comments page. Private messaging is something I'd like to add, but it's not in the Plugin Suggeston Box yet!
