    Hi to all!
    I'm trying to install Hotaru. Made all the CMOD permisions as in support. Received the result:

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@febber.polyglothub.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Thanks in advance!

    Re - Can't install Hotaru

    This may help you?

    I had trouble installing Hotaru 1.6 so i installed Ver 1.52

    create a database in Admin control panel with your webspace.
    webspace must support mysql and php

    has your hotaru_settings.php got the correct info in it?

    rename hotaru_settings.php TO settings.php

    edit the information in it using notepad.

    websitename and password the same as your database name you created

    BASEURL example

    NOTE these lines have to be changes with your info

    define("DB_USER", 'user');
    define("DB_PASSWORD", 'password');
    define("DB_NAME", 'databasename');

    here my setting.php without names and password below

    /* Configuration file for Hotaru CMS */

    // Paths
    define('BASEURL', "http://www.mywebsite.co.uk/"); // e.g. http://example.com/ (needs trailing slash)

    // Database details
    define("DB_USER", 'user'); // Add your own database details
    define("DB_PASSWORD", 'password');
    define("DB_NAME", 'databasename');
    define("DB_HOST", 'localhost'); // You probably won't need to change this

    // You probably don't need to change these
    define("DB_PREFIX", 'hotaru_'); // Database prefix, e.g. "hotaru_"
    define("DB_LANG", 'en'); // Database language, e.g. "en"
    define("DB_ENGINE", 'MyISAM'); // Database Engine, e.g. "MyISAM"
    define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8'); // Database Character Set (UTF8 is Recommended), e.g. "utf8"
    define("DB_COLLATE", 'utf8_unicode_ci'); // Database Collation (UTF8 is Recommended), e.g. "utf8_unicode_ci"

    check you have to correct session path my webspace provider did this for me

    essential plugins must be uploaded in the correct order here a list below

    add other plugins after these

    I hope this helps I had to learn from scratch, i'm shure you will get there.

    i will check back in a week to see if you reply to this.
