We have now organised a "Resource" area where themes and plugins can be posted and downloaded from. If you are posting a new theme or plugin please post it in this area http://forums.hotarucms.org/resources/ Note: that a regular thread will also be automatically created allowing users to comment and discuss as normal about the resource. You will also be able to rate the resource after downloading it.
