    Tried the upgrade method and got the following in Step 3/3

    Also, when I use the "Best from" drop down option and then click any tag, and don't get any results. I see the following:
    Clicking the Submit button takes me to

    http://lawrkhawm.com/150rc/<br /><b...PageHandling.php</b> on line <b>360</b><br />

    You can test what I'm saying here -> REMOVED URL
    After going to the above link, try clicking the blue Submit button. You'll get the following page.

    Another one. I tried a fresh installation, I log in as admin and when I click the Settings link in the admin page, I am redirected to the login page.

    This is a cookies issue which I solved by clearing the cookies in my browser and then logging in
    Having people clear their cookies is not an ideal solution so I am trying to find out what we can do here. I will mark it as an issue

    I have updated the zip file in the Download section
    http://forums.hotarucms.org/showthread.php?1998-Download-Hotaru-CMS-1-5-0-RC4

    using the same version number. Looks like there were just 2 downloads prior to me re-editing
    hope that is ok

    small items now, but important to get them fixed

    cookie issue is being researched as well :)

    Upgrade had went into blank page from rc3 to rc4 and after just re uploading the new files i am seeing this error
    Could not find 'admin_header_include_raw' function for user_signin
    and even the stories are not able to view just check here latestgerman.info
