how to make a Chinese language pack?

hi everyone, I would like to build a Chinese language pack with you,


and I use notepad++ to translate the words in the file admin_language.php,but when I test the code, I found a problem that it goes wrong with messy code at sitehome.

Should I choose others software tools or change some codes for this problem?

 

can you elaborate more with "messy code" term?
