Limited access until avatar is changed?

I'm looking for a way to try and force a user to complete several actions upon registering or login into their account. Actions need to be complete would include changing avatar, completing profile fields etc? Maybe perhaps limiting certain access until certain items are completed...

That would need a fair bit of code. There's a testAvatar method in /libs/Avatar.php that might help.

 

How about changing the default Avatar to something undesirable, maybe an piece of text saying "amateur" or "change me".
Same thing for the profile fields, you can change the default text.

 

I've seen default avatars like - an ugly guy holds a card where "i'm not bothered to change my avatar"
Generally idea of putting your site logo as a default avatar is not that bad, imho...
Do we have plugin which would allow user to upload his own avatar?
