    So here's my website built on Hotaru CMS. The theme was custom made by me and I tweaked a few plugins to get them to work with the theme.

    Wow, thanks for the comparison! Yes my theme was inspired by the lovely one available for Pligg :)

    I fixed a problem with one of the plugins that was supposed to stop spam. It is working now
