Without looking at the files in your build, my guess is that some of your base files are corrupted (potentially when you merged files, you overwrote the most current 1.7.2 files). My suggestion would be to create a test environment by installing the full 1.7.2 base files and then the theme. Then, before reloading any of your old data, see if the dropdowns work with the yellow theme. If that all works, you know that there are corrupted files in your current build. You can then just copy over the files from your test environment to your current environment.
Dear valMETNG, Thank you for your sugestion, tomorrow I'll do A fresh installation of Hotaru and test everything because there is some other bugs at my installation and share my experience with other members. Also, thank you for support and patience. This is a beautiful program and I'm using it from the beginning. First, I used plig, but at that time I have shared hosting packet and hosting service suspend my site several times because plig needs a lot of resources. Than I've tried hotaru and since that time I've never have problems with hosting company.
